In the wake of this historic election, and building upon the impressive legacy of Democratic majorities over the past 12 years, we eagerly anticipate collaborating with and fostering continued excellence in the dedicated staff of the county. The wealth of experience within the team lays a solid foundation for a promising future for Montgomery County.

In pursuit of even greater success for Montgomery County, we are proud to announce the launch of Moving Montco Forward. We are building a team of local, regional, and national experts to prepare us to tackle Montgomery County's most pressing challenges by developing actionable policy recommendations and seeking new talent.

In the coming weeks, Moving Montco Forward will release the additional names of community members who will serve as members of our Advisory Committees. These committees will look at our key priorities and provide valuable guidance on actions we can take to serve the people of Montgomery County effectively in our first 100 days in office.
